After my first day azithromycin for a possible infection of the nose woke me on the right side of my nose in extreme pain has prescribed. No dents, but it hurts to touch. This is not a ton of pain, but at one time or comfort grip.

This is probably due to inflamed tissue in the nose and paranasal sinuses. Try a humidifier in your room and some saline nasal spray.
